# How to Cook:

- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon approximately 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into the center. Brush edges with beaten egg, gather corners together, and pinch tightly to seal, forming a pouch shape. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Pour 2-3 inches of vegetable oil into a deep saucepan or fryer. Heat to 350°F, maintaining temperature throughout frying.
- Fry bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking.
- Remove bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm, garnished with chopped chives or green onions alongside sweet chili sauce for dipping.
