# How to Cook:

01 - Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear; drain well.

05 - Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
06 - Stir in the rinsed and drained rice, coating the grains with oil and vegetables.
07 - Add the vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
