# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • These come together in under 40 minutes with store bought puff pastry doing all the heavy lifting
  • Kids can help twist and shape them making it the perfect holiday baking project
  • The cinnamon sugar filling creates thatbakery style flakiness everyone thinks takes hours to achieve
02 -
  • If your pastry starts feeling sticky or too soft while working pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes, cold pastry twists better and puffs higher
  • The glaze sets quickly so have your sprinkles ready before you start drizzling, you cannot reposition them once that icing hardens
03 -
  • Work with one pastry sheet at a time if making multiple batches, keeping the others refrigerated until ready
  • Space twists at least 5 cm apart on the baking sheet, puff pastry needs room to expand or they will bake together
